Can I smoke during DEP for the US Navy?

I'm in the DEP for the US Navy and I was wondering if I can smoke and be clean by my ship out date which is 2-10-10. And what are the possibilities for getting a random drug test? No answers on the ethics about doing that in the Navy. Just straight answers please and thanks.
