Transporting my mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving!?

Your best bet is to bring the potatoes already cooked and peeled, just not mashed! Heat them in boiling water, till they are hot! Then mash and fix them the way you always do! If you try to bring them already prepared and then you nuke them they are not going to taste the same!
