Question about Western Sydney AFL team 2012?

Ok, so they install an AFL franchise in Western Sydney because they think it's got a solid potential for AFL support. So what happens when any two of the Penrith Panthers, Wests Tigers and Parramatta Eels start winning lots of games again?
