I am trying to start working out again but i'm not sure how much i should start with and how often?

ok so i was a dancer for a really long time and i quit almost a year ago and since then i have not worked out at all. the past two days i went to the gym and did the elliptical and weights and i want to start taking yoga, pilates, cardio kickboxing, and/or cycling. what would be a good workout regime for me?? i would like to lose 10-15 lbs but that is not priority, i just want to get back in to great shape again! p.s. most of my excersising will be really early in the morning, like 4 or 5 am, i dunno if that matters?? i don't want to over do it too quickly, but i really want to get into it. i go to lifetime fitness and they have really good cles so what do you think? how often should i take cles, do cardio, and do resistance? and should i do more than one in a day?
