Computer problems! Help, easy 10 points!?

I have a dell computer, and its on the brink of crashing, so i decided to buy some cd's to save pictures onto, for i have ALOT, so when i try, an page comes up and says "Windows encountered a problem when trying to move this file, what do you want windows to do?" I keep clicking retry but nothing happens, and i tried to skip it, but that didnt work, i need help, easy 10 points!
