I eat Frosted Mini Wheats like 3 times a day. Sometimes more...it depends. That cereal is loaded with fiber. I was wondering if ingesting too much of it is bad. I also wanted to buy Benefiber. I want a real fiber-filled diet, and I think that should do the trick. But now that I think of it, it might be TOO MUCH fiber. What do you think? Am I okay with just the Mini Wheats?
