Parents, non stop fighting.?

My mom and dad fight all the time. they want to say togeather though for my brother and I.But they no longer love each other. its miserable having them both because my mother is going threw menopause, and i swear she has OCD. and My dad is on heavy duty pain meds, and i swear he has anger management. BAH, i dont know what to do. please help.
