Evolve to Typhlosion and Electivire. Not a bad team otherwise. Replace Elekids thunderpunch with a stronger electric move. An offensive flying type move would be good for Noctowl as well. Fly or Aerial Ace. Other than that, it's pretty good. Well balanced, type wise.
