Will the scantron count a question wrong if you didn't FULLY erase the answer..?

Kay so i recently took a midterm for geometry and I felt really good about it because I checked over it alot and things like that, it was pretty easy. The thing is, i ended up with a 70 on the test, if i had missed one more question I would have failed and i was devistated with this score because in my math cl i was getting A's on my tests and I was confident I atleast got a B on the midterm. I was sad because getting a 70 meant I couldnt get into honors algebra 3-4 and all of my friends in the cl made it in so i wil be totally alone if i honestly got a 70 on this test. They said theres a way to make someone review your test and all, but before i make a fool out of myself having them reveiw my test and really getting a 70, I was wondering since they used the scan tron test that the scantron would of picked up the not full erased bubbles? Like, I'd have an answer, figure out its wrong, and then try and erase the bubble to fill in another one but my eraser was crappy and there was lots of smudges and the bubble was still sort of dark-ish. But the other bubble was filed in totally and completely. And that happened for say, oh 7 of the questions? And that'd being me up to an a or b ish range if thats possible that it happened? So please, just help):. I really want to know quickly...:| Thanks.
